1. Nature of Product & Instant Delivery

All items sold by Wood Turning Secrets are 100% digital products delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, meaning there are no shipping fees or mailing delays.

  • How it works: After successful payment, you will instantly receive an email containing your download link or access instructions.

  • Missing your email? If you do not see the delivery email within a few minutes, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

3. All Sales Final & Refund Exceptions

Because digital content cannot be returned or recalled, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, mistaken purchases, or device/software incompatibility.

However, we will gladly assist you under the following conditions within 7 days of purchase:

  • Access or File Issues: If you experience non-delivery, a corrupted file, or a broken link, contact us. If we cannot restore access or provide a working replacement file, we will issue a full refund.

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, email us within 7 days. Once verified, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Note for EU & UK Customers: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Chargebacks, Taxes, and Fees

  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed using proof of delivery, including email delivery logs and download/access records. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly.

  • Taxes & Currency: Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes required by your jurisdiction. Your bank or card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees.
